Welcome …

DSC_0053_webHi, and welcome to my blog on all things Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP in Langley, Berkshire.

My name is Anita Mitchell and my full time Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP (neuro linguistic programming) practise is  based in my home office in Langley, Berkshire  and  serving Uxbridge,  Iver, Slough, Langley, Gerrards Cross, Colnbrook, Datchet, Windsor, Denham, Ruislip, Hillingdon and the surrounding areas. My comfortable office is conveniently located with excellent transport links of the M40, M25 and M4 motorways.

I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner  and I see clients for many and varied issues. They may include childbirth, confidence and self-esteem issues, weight control, public speaking, phobias, anxiety, stress or to stop smoking, to name but a few. Most emotionally based issues can be  positively affected using my approach.

Here in my blog, as well as posting my own thoughts and articles, you will find articles or links to anything that I believe might be of use for anyone seeking self-improvement, or who just have an interest in hypnotherapy, hypnosis and NLP (neuro linguistic programming).
